Why travel in small groups?
Jamaica is a vibe, that opens up to the people with warmth, laughter, care and education. Small groups are
able to embrace these experiences easier than a solo traveler or a big-bus tour. When traveling in Small
groups you are sure to experience security, access, camaraderie, as well as an affinity feeling with your destination.
Which will trump any other way of travelling.
What clothing should I pack for a STOFF in JA excursion?
Lighter you travel, the easier your excursion will be. The team at will always recommend packing as light as possible, as our trips consist of beach clothes, and easy travellers gear that you’re not attached too.
STOFinJA will provide 'Trip Details', these documents will include a suggested packing list, which can be downloaded from each individual trip summary page.
Each checklist will be tour specific and based upon the experience of our STOFFinJA staff, as well as past experiences.
How many people can join an Excursion?
STOFFinJA Excursions desire to keep our group sizes small, so you have the freedom to move around and be fully engaged in the experience, as well as receive one on one information from the STOFFinJA team members. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience.
You can expect up to 6 travellers on a trip.
What are the age restrictions on your Excursions?
To attend as a solo traveler, you must be at least 18 years of age. There are no elder age limits for our excursions.
Also, travellers with pre-existing medical conditions are required to complete a medical questionnaire.
Our Family Excursions are open to families with children aged between 6 and 17 years of age.
Our standard (non-family) Excursions are open to children aged 12 years or older when accompanied by a parent (max two children per adult). The two-children-per-adult restriction does not apply to our Family adventures.
As a single traveller, will I be charged a single supplement?
Most of our trips do not have a single supplement. This means that the accommodation is on a twin share basis and, if you are travelling on your own, you will be sharing a room with another guest. If it is mandatory for our guest to have accommodations to themselves, please advise our booking staff, as such request might be able to be accommodated.
